WHOLE-BODY CRYOTHERAPY
A therapeutic technique that involves exposing the body to extremely cold temperatures for a short duration, typically ranging from -110°C to -140°C (-166°F to -220°F). The process takes place in a specialized electric chamber where refrigerated air cools the air around the individual. Session time is up to 3 minutes. CRYOFACIAL TONING "FROTOX"
Uses cold therapy to enhance the appearance and health of the skin on the face. A stream of extremely cold air, between -200F to -300F is applied to the face for a short period. Benefits: Reduces inflammation and puffiness improves skin tone boosts collagen production and enhances circulation soothes skin conditions and refreshes the skin.

targeted CRYOTHERAPY
A targeted application of cold therapy to specific areas of the body, rather than exposing the entire body to cold temperatures as in whole body cryotherapy. Often used for treating sports injuries, muscle soreness, arthritis pain, and other localized conditions where cold therapy may help reduce swelling, numb nerve irritation, or temporarily reduce pain sensations.
